Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website at samajikbandhilkifoundation.org or by making a donation through our online platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

These terms apply to all visitors, donors, volunteers, and users of the website. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

03

Donation Terms

All donations made to Samajik Bandhilki Foundation are voluntary contributions intended to support our community welfare programmes. By donating, you agree to the following:

  • Donations are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card details or banking credentials on our servers.
  • A digital donation receipt will be issued to your registered email address within a reasonable time after your payment is confirmed.
  • Donations are used solely for charitable purposes — community welfare, education, healthcare, women's empowerment, and related programmes in Maharashtra.
  • The Foundation reserves the right to allocate donations to the programme or initiative it deems most appropriate, unless a specific purpose has been expressly agreed upon in writing.
  • Donors are responsible for providing accurate personal details including full name, PAN number, email address, and contact number at the time of donation. Incorrect details may affect receipt generation and future tax exemption claims.

04

Tax Exemption Status (80G & 12A)

Under Indian Income Tax law, donations to an NGO registered under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961 entitle the donor to a deduction of 50% of the donated amount from their taxable income. This benefit is available only after the NGO obtains a valid 80G certificate from the Income Tax Department. Similarly, registration under Section 12A grants income tax exemption to the organisation itself.

Current status of Samajik Bandhilki Foundation:

Section 12A Registration (Income tax exemption for the organisation)In Process
Section 80G Registration (Tax deduction benefit for donors)In Process
Donation receipts issued for all online paymentsActive

Important notice for donors: At present, our 12A and 80G registrations are under process with the Income Tax Department. This means that donations made to the Foundation at this time are not eligible for tax deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. We are actively pursuing these registrations and will notify all our donors once the certifications are granted.

Once 80G registration is obtained, donations made after that date will be eligible for the applicable deduction. We will update this page and communicate to donors accordingly. Donors who wish to be notified when 80G status is active may contact us at samajikbandhilkifoundation@gmail.com.

Receipts issued currently include all required fields (donor name, PAN, amount, date, Foundation PAN and registration number) and will remain valid for reference purposes. Donors are advised to retain all receipts for their records.

05

Refund & Cancellation

Please refer to our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details on eligibility and the process for requesting a refund of a donation.

06

All donations received are utilised exclusively for charitable and community welfare activities, including but not limited to:

  • Women's empowerment — legal awareness, livelihood, and leadership programmes

The Foundation maintains regular accounts of all receipts and expenditures in accordance with applicable laws. Donors may request a general overview of fund utilisation by contacting us.

07
