Demonstrating its commitment to education and social welfare, Samajik Bandhilki Foundation organized a series of impactful initiatives in the Jawhar region aimed at supporting students, empowering local communities, and promoting environmental sustainability.
As part of its educational outreach, the Foundation donated 150 sets of Class 10 textbooks, along with notebooks, geometry boxes, and school bags, to students, ensuring they have access to essential learning resources for the academic year.
The initiative was followed by a tree plantation drive, where Foundation members joined hands with students to plant saplings within the school premises. The activity encouraged environmental awareness while fostering a sense of shared responsibility toward nature among the young participants.
Continuing its outreach, the Foundation visited Divya Vidyalaya, a school dedicated to the education of mentally challenged and visually impaired Adivasi students in Jawhar. During the visit, the Foundation donated sarees to Adivasi women from the surrounding communities and provided financial assistance to the school to support its educational and welfare activities.
In a gesture that promoted dignity and self-reliance, Foundation members also purchased handcrafted products created by the students, recognizing their talent and encouraging their vocational skills. The visit reflected the Foundation's holistic approach to community development by combining educational support, social assistance, and economic empowerment.
Through these initiatives, Samajik Bandhilki Foundation continues to make meaningful contributions toward building stronger communities, nurturing education, and creating opportunities for a more inclusive and sustainable future.
